Diet For a Slimmer Body: Is It Good For You?

As obesity has its dangers, individuals with this condition are advised to have a diet program for weight loss. Unfortunately, some people can be conscious with their figure. Even if they really don’t need to go on a diet, they would eat less and more alarmingly, would try on diet plans that can be hazardous for them.

In 2011, a 19 year old Thai girl died because of diet pills side effect. As it turned out, she suffered from heart failure. This girl, Natthiyaphorn Udomkantrong was going on a diet simply because she wants to look good for the uniform of her new school. Her original weight was 65 kg. She took the diet pills for two months and lost 20 kg within that period. Unfortunately, the pills’ undesirable effect caught onto her.

The issue here: Was the girl’s reason to fit on some dress important for such diet? People may react it’s a complete nonsense; others may cite that diet pills are dangerous, or the girl’s death was a case of misuse and misinformation; and still, some individuals may comment that it was her own decision and no one should judge her.

However, people especially those who needed no diet should understand the consequences of undergoing a weight loss regimen.
